The high Perf. intercooler has the following core dimension (515mm x 367mm x 95mm = 16,5L/14,45Inch x 3,74Inch = 1006,9Inch³) and this offers a 84% larger cooling surface and 101% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. Ourers have increased the intercooler core size and efficiency, as well as improved the end tank design to remove any OEM bottlenecks, resulting in increased flow rating and charge cooling properties. This Audi RS3 intercooler uses our award winning WAGNERTUNING Comp. Intercooler Core, which is made specifically this application. Constructed of the highest quality TUBE and FIN intercooler cores z inside turbulators combined z cast aluminum endtanks optimized by CFD best possible internal airflow. z the help of additional air guides, inside inlet, a uniform filling of the intercooler is provided. The result is excellent cooling properties z minimum pressure drop. So this is just the right thing racing. The intercooler and the crossmember form a stable unit and weighs only 14,3 kg. It is mounted to the original mounting points and is easy to perform (1:1 exchange). Optimum cooling of the charged air z a clear increase in Perf.! 68mm (2,67Inch) in- and outlets.
