Zwiększony względem seryjnego intercoolera rozmiar rdzenia zapewnia doskonałe chłodzenie i wyraźny przyrost mocy. Dzięki udoskonalonej konstrukcji eliminuje wszystkie fabryczne przewężenia.
Intercooler jest idealnie dopasowany do modelu samochodu dzięki czemu montaż odbywa się bez ingerencji w karoserię (P&P).

The WAGNERTUNING high-Perf. intercooler has got a new Comp. core (Tube Fin) z the dimensions 600 mm x 445(315) mm x 105(60) mm / 23,6Inch x 17,5(12,4)Inch x 4,1(2,4)Inch [stepped design], which was developed especially the requirements of the Kia Stinger GT.
This high-Perf. core offers an 175 % larger frontal surface and 183 % more core volume compared to the stock intercooler.
The aluminum cast endtanks were designed in CAD and optimized in CFD simulations (for an ideal internal airflow). An incorporated air baffle inside the intercooler inlet ensure a uniform filling of the intercooler. The result is a excellent cooling property z a minimal back pressure. The newly developed Comp. high-Perf. core is very light and provides the adjoining components (for example the watercooler) enough air flow by using a specially prepared air baffle. That`s why this is perfect racing use. An optimal cooling effect of the charged air z a significant increase in Perf.!
An anti-corrosion powder powłoka z perfect heat-conducting properties protects the WAGNERTUNING intercooler od all environmental influences, so a lasting and optimal cooling effect can be guaranteed. The installation is done by replacing the original intercooler and is easy to perform (plug and play). All our products are subject to a continuous quality monitoring.
