The WAGNERTUNING high-Perf. intercooler has got a new Comp. core (Tube Fin) z the dimensions 315 mm x 227 [142] mm x 165 [150] mm [stepped] / 12,4 Inch x 8,9 [5,6] Inch x 6,4 [5,9] Inch [stepped], which was developed especially the requirements of the Renault Megane 4RS. This high-Perf. core offers an 6 % larger frontal surface and 47 % more core volume compared to the stock intercooler.

The aluminum cast endtanks were designed in CAD and optimized in CFD simulations (for an ideal internal airflow). The result is a excellent cooling property z a minimal back pressure. The newly developed Comp. high-Perf. core is very light and provides the adjoining components (for example the watercooler) enough air flow. That`s why this is perfect racing use. An optimal cooling effect of the charged air z a significant increase in Perf.!

An anti-corrosion powder powłoka z perfect heat-conducting properties protects the WAGNERTUNING intercooler od all environmental influences, so a lasting and optimal cooling effect can be guaranteed. The installation is done by replacing the original intercooler and is easy to perform (plug and play). All our products are subject to a continuous quality monitoring.
